Nourished Minds Counseling + Wellness is a thriving group psychotherapy practice located in Brookline, Massachusetts. We specialize in the treatment of individuals with eating disorders, anxiety disorders (including OCD, Panic Disorder, and GAD), and related conditions such as perfectionism, trauma, body dysmorphic disorder, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Our practice is grounded in evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness approaches.

Current Openings
Position Title: Licensed Clinician - Eating Disorders & Anxiety Specialization
Position Type: Fee-for-service (W-2 employee status)
Compensation: $68-$110 per hour
Schedule: Part-time to full-time (18-22+ clients per week), flexible hours with gradual caseload building
Work Environment: Hybrid - remote telehealth with minimum one day per week in Brookline office
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted professional licensure in Massachusetts (Licensed Clinical Psychologist PhD/PsyD, LICSW, or LMHC)
Pre-licensed LCSW candidates considered
Demonstrated proficiency in CBT for anxiety disorders
Experience or strong interest in treating eating disorders and anxiety-related conditions
Commitment to evidence-based treatment protocols
Willingness to treat adolescent and adult populations
Professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M limits)
Personal laptop and confidential home office space for telehealth
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in ERP for OCD treatment
Experience with Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Interest in practice development and growth
Responsibilities:
Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions
Maintain independent responsibility for scheduling and clinical documentation
Adhere to all ethical and professional standards for third-party payer contracting
Participate in supervision and consultation activities
